Ready-to-Wear Items
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Custom or Personalized Items
Unfortunately, custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please check your order carefully before confirming, as these items are made specifically for you.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt.
We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping for ready-to-wear items is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges for faulty items will have shipping covered by Style Studio.
